Healthy and delicious gluten-free II, all diseases begin in the intestines
Helena Jakolis
Dear everyone,
I am very happy to inform you that my second book and large health manual, 450 pages of hardcover and fine paper, entitled Healthy and Delicious Gluten-Free II - "All Diseases Begin in the Gut", has been released.
You can read the foreword by Dr. Silvija Zec Sambol and the back cover here:
Do you want to be healthy? Do you want to take control of your life and live a life without pain? Do you want to feel satisfied and fulfilled?
In times when modern medical and technological advances are at their peak, in times of unprecedented access to healthcare and medicines, we are increasingly sick and dissatisfied with our lives and health, but you can change this situation. By taking responsibility for yourself, we can influence our daily food intake and properly nourish our microbiome and immunity. Start applying, cooking and living as Helena guides us in her new bestseller and you will regain and maintain your health, because that is the most important thing, right?
Helena Jakoliš is a tireless seeker of a meaningful and healthy life with a desire to serve and help many and provides hope and inspiration to those suffering from lymphedema, celiac disease, and other autoimmune diseases. Through public action and awareness, she teaches sufferers and those who want to maintain optimal health to understand the origin and cause of their symptoms and go to the very core of the problem, in our precious intestinal organ, because all diseases begin in the intestines.
As she herself says, the disease has revealed countless talents in her: this is her second book after the bestseller Zdravo i slasno, she is an influential blogger and founder of the Bezglutenski recepti group on Facebook, she is an excellent photographer and a lover of healthy and delicious food. Her optimism, which is also the most effective medicine, and the motivation she radiates attract the reader like a magnet, and the book Zdravo i slasno 2, All Diseases Begin in the Gut is such an interesting read that you will not let go of it and will keep coming back to it. I can freely say that this is also a textbook that will teach you, whether you are a layperson or an expert, a new way of treating your intestines, a healthy lifestyle and diet.
Helena managed to bring together experts in the fields of medicine and nutrition, make scientific facts easy to understand and accept, and create rich recipes for preparing delicious and tasty food, intended for everyone who has allergic reactions, is sensitive to gluten and dairy products, or simply wants to enjoy delicious, nutritious and healthy dishes.
Quoting a thought from the book Healthy and Delicious 2, "our gut is a portal to the outside world where the seeds of beauty and health are sown. To achieve optimal health, you must first understand how this wonderful "organ of health" affects many aspects of our lives", I wish you all health so that you can give love, feel joy, be grateful and serve others selflessly.
