Delivery is free for all orders over €200, and for orders less than that amount, €6 is charged for delivery by GLS delivery service or €3 if you choose delivery to a GLS parcel terminal throughout Croatia.

Shipping prices (Croatia):

  • for orders over €200.00: FREE
  • delivery by GLS delivery service for orders less than €200.00: €6.00
  • delivery to GLS parcel locker for orders less than €200.00: €3.00

NOTE: Due to package size limitations, delivery to parcel lockers is not possible for the following devices:

The delivery time is calculated from the moment we receive payment for the ordered goods into our bank account or when the credit card transaction is authorized and approved.

Delivery to Slovenia - delivery fee is €10
Delivery to other European Union countries - delivery is charged at €30.


We send by GLS courier service.

Orders received on weekdays via e-mail or by phone by 1:30 p.m. are delivered to you the same day from our address by courier service, and are delivered to your address on the second working day during the day (framework time for courier delivery, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.).

Remaining orders, received after 1:30 p.m. , will be delivered the next business day and will arrive at your address the next day.

Delivery and pick-up of shipments is carried out every working day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For orders placed on non-working days (weekends, holidays, public holidays), we deliver the ordered shipment on the first working day and expect delivery to your address within 1 working day from the time we sent it, except for islands (for the schedule of trips to islands, see the bottom of this same page).


Additional clarification :

If you placed an order online on Sunday, we will ship it on Monday, and a courier will deliver it to your address on Tuesday.

All orders placed on Friday by 1:30 p.m. are shipped the same day and delivered to your address on Monday.

All orders received on Friday after 1:30 p.m. are shipped on Monday so that they can be delivered to you on Tuesday during business hours .

When ordering, it is necessary to leave a contact mobile phone or telephone number as mandatory information in case the courier does not find you at the address at that moment, they will call you at that number for free re-delivery on the same day.

If necessary, write us additional information to facilitate the delivery process for you and the courier (which we will transfer to the courier service on the shipping label)

example; ''Deliver after 3pm'', ''Call mobile before delivery'', ''Entrance behind the building, 1st floor'', etc.

After leaving us your mobile number as mandatory information, you will receive 2 SMS messages:

  1. SMS - when your shipment is ready for delivery to our store
  2. SMS - you will receive a notification about the delivery date on the second working day, 2-3 hours before the actual delivery of your shipment.

When delivering to Croatian islands , delivery may take longer than 24 hours.
