You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In order to be able to exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiry of the term, by an unequivocal statement sent via e-mail to prodaja@vervita.hr, in which you will state your name, address and telephone number.
The deadline for terminating the contract is 14 days from the date of:
- when the goods that are the subject of this contract are handed over to you or to a third person designated by you, who is not the carrier, in your possession - in the case of concluding a sales contract;
- when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has been given possession of the last piece or last shipment of goods - in the case of concluding a contract relating to multiple pieces of goods that are to be delivered separately, or if the goods are delivered in multiple pieces or multiple shipments;
- when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, is given possession of the first piece or first shipment of goods - if regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time has been agreed.
Refunds are made only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide proof that you sent the goods back to us. The goods must be sent by the courier service with which VerVita doo cooperates at the given moment, without unnecessary delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day when you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.
You bear the direct costs of the return yourself and the return costs are reduced when you receive a refund.
You do not have the right to terminate the contract and return the product if:
- the subject of the contract is goods or services whose price depends on changes in the financial market, which are beyond the seller's influence, and which may occur during the duration of the buyer's right to unilaterally terminate the contract
- the subject of the contract is goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or that are clearly adapted to the customer
- the subject of the contract is perishable goods or goods that expire quickly
- the subject of the contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery
- The subject of the contract is the correct goods, which have been opened and used and without the original packaging.
- the subject of the contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery
The customer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the goods in the following cases:
- delivery of goods that were not ordered,
- delivery of goods that have expired,
- delivery of goods that have a defect or damage that did not occur during transport.
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 8 (eight) days from receipt of the package.
In the event of a request to return goods for justified reasons, the Buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the Seller by e-mail to prodaja@vervita.hr.
In order to quickly identify the specific order to which the Customer has a complaint, Customers are asked to state the order number, account number or their username in the complaint. Ver Vita doo will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the response pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act must be received within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or a replacement for an undamaged and valid product.
Ver Vita doo will accept the return of delivered products at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the Buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any other defect of the product. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new product is fully borne by Ver Vita doo.
All goods we sell are properly stored in their original packaging. The expiration date marked on the packaging is only valid if stored properly, as indicated on the label.
We do not accept returns of used but working products.
