We have solved countless cases of nectarine pits, removed spoons, knives, keys, bottles, brushes, 40cm saucepans and many other strange objects that fell into the juicer and tore the sieve... rarely have we charged more than 100kn + parts for that service. We cleaned the juicer to make it look like new and charged a discount for the sieve, and you paid a symbolic 30kn for the delivery of the serviced juicer. Just try to imagine a similar situation in which the juicer is stuck with a spoon, cannot be opened, is full of fermented waste that leaks and "smells" for a few days... you need to send it to eBay or somewhere outside the borders of Croatia to a service that will not recognize your warranty anyway, and it's summer??? Well, we handle such situations a couple of times a month, situations in which our domestic "human" help in the aforementioned trouble benefits you immeasurably more than an imported 10-year warranty on the engine.
  • Speaking of the motor, the number of motor failures of VerVita PRO juicers since 2014 is ZERO. Even the models that have been running in hotels and juice bars for 3 years and squeeze 20 liters of juice a day work flawlessly... based on these models, your home juicer should last 30 years with 2 liters of juice a day. We could additionally offer and sell you at least 5 additional years of warranty on the motor, for us that would be pure additional profit... but that is simply not fair, and we are not and do not want to sell something that is not fair. 7 years is a reasonable warranty period for the motor, although just like a good car, the motor of the VerVita PRO juicer will certainly not break down for at least 10-15 years. But that does not mean that sometimes you will not need to do some minor service, regularly change the set of rubber bands, keep the sieve clean, remove the nectarine pit...
