To make it you need:
- Multi-purpose
- Optional: dehydrator
Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 and 1/2 cups of cashews
- 1/4 cup of purple onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
- Place the broccoli and cashews in a food processor and blend until chopped into small pieces, being careful not to chop them too finely.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the food processor and mix everything using the ''pulse'' button about 30 times until you get a well-mixed, moist mixture with a crumbly texture.
- Make bite-sized balls from the mixture.
- You can eat the balls immediately if you prefer a softer and moister texture, or you can dehydrate them for 10-12 hours at 45°C if you want them to have a light crust and a firmer texture.
