We live a fast-paced lifestyle, and our time and finances are limited. However, even that little time is enough for us to create a quality and healthy step towards health, every day. Of course, some fruits and vegetables suit more, some less. Therefore, in the book, an examination by blood groups was made and explained, along with the associated fruits and vegetables.
