Practical tips and instructions on how to treat yourself with distilled water

Blood is often contaminated and must be purified. There is only one way to 'wash' blood - with dead water, undiluted water, distilled water that does not contain any living organisms, chemicals or similar substances. It must be dead water, i.e. water condensed from steam. Distilled water, by its very weight, exerts a pressure of 0.5 kg on the minerals and acids that clog the bloodstream; it expels them from the body with pressure. Even in a very short time, it removes significant amounts of impurities from the blood. There are no fixed and firm rules regarding the intake of this medicine; it can be taken quickly or slowly, hot or cold. It is left to the individual to decide how to take it, according to his temperament and physical condition. The most important thing is to achieve the necessary pressure and to ensure that two cups are taken each time, a total of about 3.5 liters per day. This is very easy to achieve if the amount is systematically regulated in the following way:
- Drink two cups after waking up.
- Drink two cups shortly after breakfast.
- Two cups mid-morning.
- Two cups 20 to 30 minutes before the midday meal.
- Two cups in the middle of the afternoon.
- Two cups 20 to 30 minutes before dinner.
- Drink the last two cups in the evening shortly before going to bed.
If desired, two more cups can be taken one to two hours after lunch, and the other two two hours after dinner. As for food and drink, this is a matter of individual choice. Nothing is forbidden, and there is no need to starve or deprive yourself of anything. We can eat and drink according to our own needs. After drinking two cups of distilled water, we should eat moderately. The principle of treatment should be maintained, i.e., taking water seven times a day, two cups in a row - and care should be taken that these two cups are taken a short time before each meal. The individual will soon find that now, after taking two cups of distilled water, he eats very moderately even at breakfast. After three days, the person will notice that he loses his appetite for some dishes, and that very different desires appear for dishes that he may not have liked before.
Day by day we will eat less and less: soon we will eat only half, and then only a third of the usual amount. After three days the skin of the face will become brighter and more rosy, and we will also have a feeling of lightness. After two to three weeks the eyes will become clearer and more penetrating; the person is able to think more clearly and is no longer irritable. After three weeks, thin people will become more corpulent, and the corpulent people will become thinner. In the case of acute ailments, the treatment should last at least three weeks; in other cases, five weeks. If a person resorts to treatment for 5 to 12 weeks in a row, 65 percent of the disease will disappear, and the remaining 35 percent will disappear if the person continues with a proper diet after that. By the time the person is almost finished with the treatment, he will have become so accustomed to consuming distilled water that he will regularly drink a few cups before each evening meal.
Adopting such a habit prevents all diseases. The body is made up of 85 percent water anyway, and by regularly drinking two cups of water every evening, all acids and crystals are removed from the body naturally, without putting any strain on the bloodstream.
Water treatment achieves three extremely important effects:
- The blood is washed and freed from all foreign substances.
- The treatment promotes the correct functioning of individual organs, and thus of the entire organism.
- The treatment provides youthful freshness to a degree that youth often lacks, as the entire glandular system is normalized, which in turn strengthens brain abilities and makes life more joyful.
Therefore, be sure to resort to water treatment from time to time. If you feel unwell, start again after a few days or even weeks. It would be advisable to carry out water treatment as a serious treatment for about five to seven weeks every three, five, seven, nine years, because it purifies the entire organism, and such renewal of the body guarantees our lasting progress. Therefore, distilled water is extremely valuable to the individual, but also to humanity in general.
After a few weeks of treatment, a person begins to choose the food that nature requires to build the organism; a person begins to live again.
Even after just three days, the purification and renewal of the bloodstream are noticeable. By carrying out the treatment, we do not necessarily gain or lose weight. The purer the blood, the more normal the body's cells become. If we gain too much weight, we will simplify our diet and discard butter and fats. The great advantage of the water treatment is that we do not need to ask any questions; we simply start carrying it out and everything will soon fall into place, as long as we stick to it. As a result of the water treatment, a person begins to think for himself instead of asking all sorts of questions and becomes a thinking human being. The treatment is so simple that it is impossible to make mistakes, not even mistakes in nutrition. The best thing of all is that the treatment does not require any effort, and yet we get the greatest possible benefit. Moreover, the desired result is guaranteed, regardless of the reason for which we resort to the treatment: whether it is a weak stomach, poor digestion, dyspepsia, constipation or impaired liver function, or due to kidney dysfunction, lung problems, nerve problems, heart problems, menopause or various unwanted growths.
"All ailments must retreat before distilled water, and nothing needs to be added to such a treatment."
