ABOUT THE FAIR
On the eve of the tourist season , HOTEL&GASTROTEH, the 11th international fair of gastronomy and hotel and catering equipment, is traditionally held at the Zagreb Fair.
The central gastronomic event will be held from February 20 to 24, 2019 at the Zagreb Fair , at the same time as the Zagreb Boat Fair, Hunting and Fishing Days, and the Olive Festival.
The combination of these complementary fairs contributes to a higher level of business to the satisfaction of all participants from the fields of nautical, gastronomy, hunting, fishing and hotel and catering equipment, and contributes to the profiling of this fair as the central regional business fair for the HoReCa sector.
In one place, we will connect all producers, distributors and exhibitors who can offer the best of themselves in order to strengthen the Croatian tourist offer.
In addition to the most important Croatian companies from the HoReCa sector, a large number of foreign exhibitors have also confirmed their participation at the HOTEL&GASTROTEH fair.
A large audience visiting HOTEL&GASTROTEH makes it not only a business fair but also an event for a wide audience. As every year, the exhibition part of the fair is accompanied by a rich supporting program.
The Zagreb Hospitality and Tourism College will present the knowledge and skills of its students. At the already traditional culinary competition CRO TOP 10, they will create small culinary masterpieces from ingredients they will be introduced to immediately before the competition. There will also be presentations and tastings of indigenous products, and Croatian OPGs will offer their eco-products at attractive fair prices.
