Lecturer: Dalibor Petrinić
The lecturer is Dalibor Petrinić, author of the book "The Diet We Were Made for" and a personal trainer with 15 years of experience. The lecture will consist of a 45-minute lecture and a 45-minute Q&A session.
Dalibor will dispel many myths related to nutrition, explain how it is actually very simple to eat healthy, explain why there is no universal diet for everyone, the importance of the mind in nutrition, and teach you everything you need to know about fasting.
If you want to learn how to eat properly and finally get rid of a bunch of myths and lies related to nutrition, you shouldn't miss this lecture.
To ensure the quality of the lecture and quality interaction, the number of participants is limited to 40.

During this workshop, we will uncover unconscious issues such as the belief that love comes with conditions or that suffering is a characteristic of “good” people, and why they block us from personal development. With the help of healthy food and techniques I have learned from my own experience, I will show you how we can break out of this vicious circle of (un)conscious self-hatred and finally love ourselves and be truly happy! The workshop will last an hour, starting at 6pm, and the number of places is limited.
