INCORRECT POSTURE AND BODY PAIN

In the lecture you will learn:
- What it is and how to hold it properly
- What are the causes of body pain?
- A few basic exercises for proper posture
- How to help yourself with pain in your neck, back, hip, knees...
Proper posture has countless positive effects on human health: stronger back muscles, better circulation, higher energy levels in the body, ease in performing movements, and even more correct breathing. But what people are perhaps most interested in is a much better appearance.
Proper posture is easy to achieve with an accurate diagnosis of your condition, based on which a simple program of light exercises and stretches is created to restore muscle functionality and bring the main load-bearing joints into a neutral anatomical position.
How to "reset" the body and return it to its optimal position, and thus get rid of pain, will be told by postural therapist Anik Šurija, who has been studying the topic for many years and graduated as a postural therapist at Egoscue University in San Diego.
