PRESENTATION OF THE BOOK "CREATED FOR MOVEMENT"
The promotion and workshop are free for all interested parties, author Tomislav Dolušić will briefly present the book and lead the workshop.
With introductory breathing exercises and an introduction to everything the book covers, all 5 pillars of health, functionality and longevity: breathing, nutrition, movement, recovery and spending time in nature.
INTRODUCTORY BREATHING TECHNIQUE WORKSHOP "Made for Movement"
Participants will go through basic and advanced breathing techniques Oxygen Advantage and Wim Hof Method, with an introductory theoretical part and lots of practical exercises.
In the final part of the workshop, we will teach participants how to practically apply and connect all 5 secrets of health, functionality and longevity:
➝ proper breathing ➝ exercise ➝ healthy eating ➝ recovery ➝ spending time in nature
The workshop is truly intended for everyone, regardless of current age and fitness level. The purpose of the workshop is to provide participants with practical tools that they can immediately apply to improve their health and functionality.
