On the wings of the lightness that summer provides, I offer you to feel that lightness within yourself. How? Introduce a raw lunch into your summer diet, and I will help you with that.
Awaken the dormant energy in your body, feel more energetic and have more desire for physical activity. In addition, you will show your body that you really care about your immunity .
If you like the idea of testing out what it's like to not cook for 5 days, eating only plant-based foods without heat treatment, and if you want to at least see for yourself what that feeling is that all those people who eat raw plant-based foods are talking about, then be sure to sign up.
How will you introduce a raw lunch?
Join the 5-day RAW SUMMER LUNCHES challenge starting on August 24, 2021, online. This means that you will participate in the challenge without having to go anywhere. You will “not cook” in your own home. However, this does not mean that you will not socialize with anyone. Of course, you will enter a closed Facebook group where everything is bursting with ideas, likes, comments, super creative photos of lunches, and in addition, you can win a VerVita XL 6 food dehydrator, worth 1,390 kn or another valuable prize from the prize pool.
If you want, you can extend your clean eating into these 5 days, with the following schedule:
- morning – smoothie / fruit / watermelon
- snack – again a smoothie or lots of fruit or watermelon
- until 6 p.m., 1-2 more meals (according to the recipes you will receive from me)
- from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day, intermittent fasting (we don't eat anything, we drink water, preferably distilled, or tea)

I know it's hard for most people to take the first step, but that's why I'm here, along with a wonderful, motivating, and inspiring group of people who are on the same journey as you. I promise that preparing lunch will be simple , and you'll be able to get the groceries easily .
I'll prepare the recipes, and you'll make lunches based on them, enjoying a variety of foods and flavors that your taste buds have probably never tasted before. Plus, since not-cooking takes much less time, you'll have a lot more time for everything else you want to do besides 'cooking'.
WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
August 24, 2021, on Tuesday, and lasts 5 days.
WHAT DOES THIS CHALLENGE INCLUDE?
1. PRIZES:
- GRAND PRIZE: VerVita XL food dehydrator, with 6 drawers (in collaboration with VerVita Croatia). This prize will encourage you to take your raw food preparation a step further and start making breads, crackers, pizzas, pancakes, dried fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc.
- 1 x Little Raw Food School by Zelenarium (beginner or advanced, at the winner's choice)
- 1 x orange plant-based bag, made from Piñatex (pineapple leaf fiber) by My My Concept (valued at 450 kn)
- 60 minutes online consultation with Tina Uglješić
- 1 online Zelenarium challenge (at the winner's choice)
2. RECIPES AND SHOPPING LIST: if you pay by August 21st, you will receive a grocery list on August 21st, so you can do your shopping on time.
3. FACEBOOK GROUP: all participants will become part of the closed Facebook group 'Raw summer lunches'. Thanks to the experience from the 17 Zelenarium challenges so far, I can guarantee that the atmosphere in the group will be full of sincere support, motivation, and inspiration. If you have any questions, I will always be there, as will all the wonderful people from this group.
4. FACEBOOK LIVE WITH TINA: you will be able to participate in Facebook live gatherings with me, Tina Uglješić, the author of Zelenarium.
5. BONUS RECIPE: you'll get a recipe for a raw summer dessert. Because what's the crowning glory of any good lunch than a fantastic dessert?

6. DAILY SUPPORT: you will have Tina's daily support and the opportunity to ask questions.
7. MY VEGETABLE GARDEN: after completing the challenge, we will 'move' to the closed Facebook group My Vegetable Garden, which will serve as further encouragement and motivation on your path of change.
HOW TO GET THE PRIZE?
As a participant in the challenge, post photos of your raw lunches in the Facebook group. If participating is not important to you because of the prize, then you don't have to post photos, it's not mandatory. The Green Zelenarium jury will select the most creative photos/videos, which will be posted during the challenge (from 24.8. to 28.8.2021) and their authors will receive one of the prizes. Take advantage of the permanent discount , sign up and pay 240 kn (33.20 EUR, for payments from abroad). All loyal members (members of past challenges) pay the price of 190 kn (26.60 EUR). After payment, but no earlier than 21.8., you will receive an email with a link to the Facebook group and recipes.
