Join the: FALL SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE and make room for a NEW version of yourself
The Autumn Smoothie Challenge 2020 starts on the first day of autumn (22. 9.) and lasts for 10 days (until 1.10.). Treat yourself to a new healthy smoothie drinking habit, prepare for the time of year when cleanliness in every sense is very welcome, and you might even win a Megahome water distiller , provided by VerVita Croatia, worth as much as 2,200 kn , or one of the other prizes from the prize pool!
Although this is essentially a smoothie challenge , you can expand it by 3 more . At first glance, it seems like a total of four different things, but in reality they are so inseparable and so connected. Set aside the first 10 days of autumn to:
- cleanse your body with raw smoothies and intermittent fasting (14/10)
- purify your emotions with practical techniques
- Clear your living space of unnecessary things.
We want to take advantage of the wonderful fruits of autumn, so the main emphasis is on smoothies, but WHOEVER WANTS, to the extent they want, can include the rest.

Autumn is the time when respiratory infections increase, most of us start moving less, which also affects our bowel movements, our immunity weakens, etc. That's why I decided to encourage you to cleanse and release the old, unnecessary, worn-out (in our bodies, hearts, and the space we live in) and expanded this smoothie challenge by three more (of course, for those who want three additional challenges). Make room for the NEW.
Accept the challenge!
Every day, a new smoothie recipe and so on for 10 days until the big change. All you need to do is follow three simple steps:
- registration and payment
- Purchasing groceries according to the list I will send you before the start
- mixing and enjoying smoothies, watching live events and socializing with wonderful, positive, inspiring people, challenge participants
Bonus challenges!
Anyone who wants can join in additional 3 simple challenges within this 10-day challenge, which are:
- intermittent fasting (every day: 14 hours without eating, 10 hours eating)
- stress reduction (listening to a 20-minute relaxation technique)
- cleaning of the premises (every day we remove 9 objects from the apartment).
So what would a typical day look like in these 10 days?
- After waking up, listen to a relaxation technique for 20 minutes.
- at 8 a.m., smoothie
- until 6 p.m., 1-2 more meals
- from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day, intermittent fasting (we don't eat anything, we drink water, preferably distilled, or tea)
- In the evening (when the fridge is empty), we clean the apartment by throwing away, giving away, or selling 9 items (of any size). Find out why 9 items and what you can expect here.
