DETOX MEALS

Three delicious and nutritious meals await you, made from whole plant-based foods, gluten-free and sugar-free, designed to relieve the body of toxins and activate digestion and immunity.
Example menu:
- Breakfast: hot lemonade, chia hot chocolate
- Lunch: miso soup with wakame seaweed, quinoa tabbouleh, hummus, raw root vegetables, blanched green vegetables, spicy sesame sauce, detox fennel seed tea
- Dinner: mixed green salad, millet croquettes, cashew mayonnaise
YOGA
In the morning and afternoon, for several hours a day, through various techniques (asanas, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation), yoga will encourage and support the entire process of detox and revitalization, teach you how to turn towards yourself, inward, and get in touch with your inner sources of peace and contentment.

The price of the retreat is HRK 4,200 per person, of which HRK 700 upon registration. The price includes everything from arrival at Vela Rava to departure from Rava.

Registration is open until capacity is reached (10 people). Accommodation is in a large room with 4 beds, and smaller rooms for 2 people.
The scheduled arrival at Rava is by boat departing from Zadar at 4:00 PM and arriving at 5:30 PM.
A boat will meet you on Rava and take you home. The scheduled return from Rava is by boat that leaves on Sunday at 1:30 PM and arrives in Zadar at 3:55 PM.
ABOUT RAVI:
Rava is a small island of untouched nature in the Zadar archipelago, located between Iž and Dugi otok. The house where the seminar is held is in the Golubovac bay, in the wilderness, about ten meters from the sea, about 2km away from the nearest neighbors. It has its own solar energy and drinking rainwater.
The island is abundant in greenery, wild edible and medicinal herbs, has a beautiful hiking trail, daily walks, swimming in the crystal clear sea...
