We were founded in 2012 within the Biotechnicon doo entrepreneurial center to learn, cook, and taste together!
Our vision is to encourage conscious and responsible enjoyment of life by creating awareness of nutrition as culture, medicine, pride, and pleasure.
Our goal , in the inspiring environment of the kitchen and accompanying areas, is to transfer the knowledge and experience of experts in a simple, comprehensible, accessible and fun way through education, consultations and food preparation and cooking.
When we talk about good food, we are talking about food that has a positive effect on health, about our own well-being and pleasure. When we talk about good dishes, we are talking about the pleasures at the table, the satisfaction they provide as you prepare them for those you care about most.

In food as culture, we also see connections with other traditions, religions, opening our taste buds to different spices and foods, all with the aim of breaking down barriers and gaining confidence in the sentence: The world truly is a small place.
As far as possible, we will educate you about:

- Table etiquette
- Cultural customs, festivals, holidays
- Trends in food preparation and serving
Biotechnicon is a member of international organizations: IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) and OriGIn (Organization of Geographical Indications Network), which guarantee the quality and authenticity of products.
Food as medicine
With food, we refine our lifestyle habits, enrich our spirit, and also heal our body. That is why we have introduced a module on food as medicine into our program. Experienced nutritionists and psychologists will help us improve our health status in the case of certain chronic diseases, body conditions, conditions, or lifestyles through education and practical application of what we have learned.
With the professional help of a nutritionist, we are no longer left to our own devices, but rather we design a nutrition plan with proper counseling. A psychologist and health coach provide support for our motivation and perseverance in successfully changing our eating habits and lifestyle.
Food as pride
For us, food as pride represents, primarily, the highlighting of Croatian indigenous products with a story, signature, and tradition.

Food as pleasure
We enjoy cooking, we enjoy eating, why not enjoy it together?
Everyone has fun in our kitchen – from the person peeling potatoes to the person melting chocolate. And we are ready for anything: cooking with all the ingredients, preparing appetizers, main courses and desserts, enjoying theme nights, preparing for Christmas or Easter with delicious cakes. We will learn how to cook risotto, what is pâte brisée and what is pâte sucrée, why a pinch of salt is always added to recipes and how to surprise all the relatives with the best cake, the juiciest roasted meat and other delights.
We want you to become part of our story in which we amaze the palate with good wines, dilate the pupils with tempting dishes, and learn how to use certain techniques and ingredients.
