About me:
July 17, 2017 marks a turning point in my life - the day I was diagnosed with colon cancer with liver metastases. Despite my profession as a Master of Pharmacy, the diagnosis led me into a world of fear, loneliness, and hopeless situations.
In hindsight, I now realize that my body was constantly sending signals about something going on inside it. Like most people, I was only treating the symptoms through various therapies, antibiotics, painkillers, face creams and vitamins. I didn't know or learn how to look for the causes of illness and look at the body as a whole . My life was marked by stress , and today I know that most types of cancer can be linked to lifestyle, diet and stress.
My healing journey was integrative , including medical protocols and holistic methods. In order to further utilize the power of plants in the healing process, I trained as a phytoaromatherapist and specialist in regenerative detoxification at the International School of The Healing Arts and Science.
During the difficult chemotherapy and surgery, I completely changed my diet when I decided to invest all my resources in improving my health. Step by step, every day I learned how to change the beliefs that were holding me back from achieving my goals, how to prepare healthy meals more efficiently and quickly that would help me regenerate my entire body, recover from cancer, and gain new life energy.
For a long time, I had been developing the idea that my experience could have a broader meaning. So I started the business "Natura Sanat" (Latin: Nature heals) for nutritional and phytoaromatherapy consulting. Through individual work with individuals, workshops , education , and writing booklets and blogs, I share my knowledge to help improve eating habits, strengthen the immune system, and encourage people on the path to healing.
I advise everyone, regardless of their current health, to change their lifestyle and give up unhealthy habits (diet, stress, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc.) because only 5% of all cancers have a genetic link, while the other 95% are related to lifestyle. Regular visits to doctors and attention to symptoms that are signs of the body's communication are very important. It is necessary to adjust eating habits, reduce stress, engage in physical activity such as hiking, walking, cycling, Pilates, strengthen the immune system, cleanse the body, return to nature, socialize and enjoy the beauties of life, and find your purpose - your "ikigai".
My goal is to share my love for nature and health, encouraging others on the path to healing, leading them towards a balance of body and mind. Finding the true causes of symptoms and a holistic approach can serve for faster and better treatment outcomes and disease prevention. Because prevention is the best path to a healthy and happy life.
