''I am Petra and I present Anasta, my vision of promoting a healthy lifestyle and diet in accordance with nature. Through my personal experience of changing my diet and lifestyle over the past 12 years, I have realized that our health depends on everything we put into our bodies, from the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, and everything we put on our skin and thus enter our bodies.
Health does not have to be sought outside of ourselves. By changing our bad habits, primarily our diet, eliminating stress, and changing our lifestyle, we are able to regenerate our bodies, detoxify, and provide our bodies with ideal conditions for a long and healthy life.
Through individual nutritional counseling and the creation of regenerative detoxification protocols, I help my clients eliminate the causes and symptoms of disease, detoxify the body, and restore health and vitality through dietary changes and the use of medicinal herbs.
I organize "raw food" workshops, workshops on picking medicinal, edible and wild herbs, and workshops on making natural cosmetics. Through these workshops, I want to provide people with all my knowledge so that they can change their own diet and lifestyle habits and thus enable themselves to live a fulfilling and healthy life.''
