Ingredients:

- 1 cup of cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 large pinches of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat
- cocoa to roll the balls in
This amount makes 18 small balls.

Instructions:
- Place the cashew nuts in a multi-cooker and grind them into a fine flour.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla powder, cardamom, cayenne pepper, and salt and mix until you have a sticky dough.
- Add the buckwheat and use the ''pulse'' button to mix it into the mixture.
- Form balls from the mixture and roll them in cocoa.
