A new book by author Dunja Gulin has just appeared on the market - Detox program from A to Z, which we have been eagerly awaiting! After the excellent experiences of numerous participants of Dunja's online detox program, delicious detox recipes, detailed detox menus and everything else you could ever need to embark on this delicious adventure have finally been translated into this practical and interesting manual! The collaborator on the book is a healthy eating enthusiast and well-known face, Mario Valentić, who shared his detox experience and tips for some of the most important detox rituals in this book!

Over the years of experience with putting together detox menus that have been used by many participants of Dunja's detox online program, some recipes have become favorites that everyone returns to again and again, regardless of whether they follow a detox program or not... Learn how to incorporate detox meals into your menu too!
At the workshop we will prepare and taste:
- Detox French salad
- Detox burgers
- Kimchi - spicy fermented vegetables
- Caramel smoothie

More about the presenter:
Dunja Gulin was educated in the field of natural nutrition, first at Makronova, and then through working and assisting at many programs in Croatia and abroad, and by attending conferences on healthy eating in the USA, where she also completed the Plant-Based Nutrition program of Dr. Colin Campbell at Cornell University. In addition to the cookbooks Doručak, Vege-burgeri and Detox od A do Ž in Croatian, she is the author of five cookbooks in English: Raw Food Kitchen, The Vegan Baker, The Vegan Pantry, Fermented Foods, Falafel Forever. She is the initiator of the Rentaj Chefa project and the author of the online detox cooking school at www.dunjagulin.com
