Although, on the one hand, products are destroyed in this campaign just to demonstrate the power of the motor and blades, and products that have nothing to do with food are mixed in the food blender, which disgusts me, on the other hand, I must congratulate the ingenuity of the Blendtec team, who created an extremely successful campaign that conveyed to users the resilience and strength of this blender. 'Will It Blend' became the 33rd most watched video series on YouTube , and sales from the first video in 2006 increased by 500% in 2008, while in 2009 they increased by 700%. Hats off. But let's put the marketing aside, let's take a look at what Blendtec really offers users.

Creamy cashew cakes with a silky smooth batter? Peanut butter in 90 seconds? Two cups of flaxseed meal in one go? Warm soup without cooking? Green smoothies with no leftover veggies? Homemade ice cream in seconds? Chopping onions without washing your hands afterwards?
A super blender like the Blendtec will answer all of the above questions in the affirmative. I'm often asked, "Why would someone pay so much more for such a device?" It's like asking, "Why would someone pay more for an expensive bicycle?" True, any technically sound bicycle will get you from point A to point B. However, the price will determine whether your back hurts after a long ride due to incorrect posture due to poor ergonomics, whether your brakes will give out in the middle of a descent, or whether your chain will break on a slightly steeper climb, or maybe even the entire frame will break in the middle of a ride. These are all important factors that will make you willing to pay more for a product. As in the example with the bicycle, any technically sound blender will blend a smoothie, hot soup, almond milk, or cake cream. However, with a super blender like Blendtec, the container won't break or emit an unpleasant plastic smell, the motor won't overheat, the blades won't wear out, the blade seat won't wear out, you'll be able to blend like a pro, without a lot of effort and sweat, and the blending results will be top-notch.
Designer 725 offers 6 pre-programmed blending options : Smoothie, Salsa, Ice Cream, Whole juice, Hot soup and Clean. Each of these options has its own mixing rhythm, both in terms of speeds and in terms of mixing length.
In addition to these options, it is also possible to use the Pulse option, which does not have a predetermined mixing time.
Finally, there is also a Touch Slider on which you can set the mixing speed yourself .
The control console has a screen that allows for easy cleaning, and messages like 'Hi there!', 'Mmmm, it's delicious.', 'Your blend is ready. Fuel your day.' or 'Did you know I can make almond milk?' are very inventive and innovative and will motivate you to further blending by offering you recipe ideas, will give you information on how many times you have used it and will congratulate you every time you reach a certain number of blends, thereby unlocking free recipe booklets on the manufacturer's website. It will also notify you if a problem occurs, such as when you choose the wrong mixing program.

The Blendtec 725's noise level is typical of all super blenders, but it's inevitable if you want a blender with top-notch results. The exception is the Blendtec Professional 800, which comes with a nicely designed protective case that keeps your blender from making anything more than a hum, and nowhere near anything that could be called loud.
The WildSide+ container and Twister Jar container are made of BPA free material.
The Wild Side+ container is designed in an ideal way so that you can nicely empty the contents of the mixed meal, and at the same time, precisely because of the design, it is easy to clean, which is additionally contributed by the blunt knives that will not cut yourself.
As for the Twister Jar , the special spatula that comes with the jar is designed so that you can remove almost all of the contents from the jar without much effort and without leaving much in the jar, and it's especially good that you don't have to use your fingers to empty it. 
According to the manufacturer's official information, the blades are made of cold forged steel and are up to 80% thicker and 10 times stronger than other blenders. They are also not sharp, as with most blenders, but blunt. The reason is that the knife rotates at a speed of 480 km/h and there is no reason for the knife to be sharp. Instead of tearing off chunks of ice cubes or frozen foods, large, blunt-edged knives turn foods into powder. They are also safe to clean.
The blade assembly (the part under the bowl that connects the bowl and the motor) is something that never needs to be replaced. It is made of reinforced steel and is very durable, and will serve you faithfully for a long, long time.
The guarantee is: 8 years on the base with motor and control electronics and 8,000 cycles on the container.
Blendtec features SmartBlend technology that detects any possible power-on errors, motor overheating, or air bubbles forming during blending. Once detected, Blendtec will display a message with advice on what to do to resolve the error.
USE:
Below we will go over the possibilities of all 6 pre-programmed options (Smoothie, Salsa, Ice Cream, Whole juice, Hot soup and Clean) as well as Pulse and manual adjustment.
All pre-programmed options have a preset time at which the blender will stop blending. They have their own blending rhythm, both in terms of speed and duration. If you wish, you can press the selected button again while blending to extend the blending time by 10 seconds.
For flawless blending results, always pay attention to the order in which you fill the container :
- liquids,
- softer foods like bananas, powders, honey, butter, soft fruits,
- frozen foods/ice, green vegetables.
Such filling reduces the appearance of empty space, i.e. bubbles within the liquid, and enables uniform mixing.
Never expose containers to temperatures higher than 100 ° C.
SMOOTHIE :
Use this program when you want to prepare smoothies and thick drinks that contain high-density ingredients or frozen foods. Example: fruit smoothies with ice. With this option, the motor automatically speeds up and slows down to blend the ingredients as well as possible and to obtain the desired texture.
Using this option, I prepared a smoothie with orange, spinach, and ginger, and a hazelnut and cocoa nibs drink.
The smoothie turned out fantastically smooth, and the cocoa nibs blended completely into the hazelnut drink.
SALSA (DIPS) :
Use this program when you want to prepare sauces, dressings or spreads. It is not for making butter, for these you will use the self-adjusting speed, as I used it, preparing a spread of pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil.
ICE CREAM :
Use this program when you want to prepare ice creams, sorbets or frozen yogurt. With this option, the motor accelerates and decelerates appropriately, so that the food remains frozen.
I blended ice on the Ice Cream option, which easily crushed it after just a few seconds.
WHOLE JUICE :
Use this program when you want to prepare smoothies with hard or thick ingredients such as: carrots, beets, seeds, fruits or vegetables with seeds, stems or skin. Example: smoothies with pineapple, orange and carrots, almond milk,… In some cases, you can feel free to repeat the blending cycle once or twice, to obtain the desired consistency.
I made hazelnut milk on the Whole Juice option, which I made for the first time because until now I thought almond milk was second to none (too bad I've only just discovered it now :)).
HOT SOUP :
Use this program when you want to prepare hot recipes such as soup. The motor runs at the speed required to heat the ingredients. When preparing raw food to obtain hot dishes that involve the addition of water, please note that it is not necessary to add hot water (above 46 o C) because this option is pre-programmed so that it is assumed that you will use cold or lukewarm food, and to avoid overheating.
CLEAN :
Use Clean when you want to clean the blender jar. Self-cleaning: add 1 cup of water (i.e. half a cup for a twister jar) and a drop of detergent to the jar, place the jar with the lid on the base, switch to Clean and wait 10 seconds. Remove and rinse the jar and lid.
Although the manufacturer suggests using detergent, I am an advocate of natural remedies so I use either a waste enzyme or alcoholic vinegar.
The manufacturer recommends that you clean the container immediately after blending.
The self-cleaning works great, I tried it on both pots and I can say that it makes the cleaning process much easier. I only use it for recipes that contain oil. Usually, just rinsing the pot under warm water is enough.
PULSE :
Use the Pulse program when you want to chop ingredients such as onions, mix, for example, coconut cream, as well as in other cases when you do not need to mix for too long.
This option does not have a pre-programmed duration, meaning that as soon as you release the button, the blender will stop blending.
TOUCH SLIDER :
Use this self-tuning program when you want to control the speed of operation yourself.
Simply swipe to the right to the desired speed and back to a slower speed. The options offered are: Stir, Chop, Mix, Blend.
By mixing for a longer time at the same speed, I turned the pumpkin flour into butter, which I turned into a wonderful spread by adding pumpkin oil and salt.
CONCLUSION:
If you want a blender that will have a design, be resistant, durable, and that will easily handle your every, even the most imaginative, mixing need, the Blendtec Designer 725 is the right device for you.
Although the Designer 725 does not come with a Twister Jar, I definitely recommend purchasing it as it will cover most of your needs in one device. Thanks to the Twister Jar, your blender will mix butters, flours, spreads, and you will generally use it for thicker preparations as well as for smaller quantities of ingredients.
