Battery life and proton membrane

Battery life

After 300 charge and discharge cycles, the battery capacity drops by 80% of full capacity. One cycle is considered from full charge to full discharge of the battery.

Proton membrane duration

The duration of the proton membrane for water hydrogenation is 800 hours .

If you drink 6 glasses of water a day , each hydrogenation lasting 10 minutes, the membrane works for 1 hour a day. There are 365 days in a year, so if you drink 6 glasses a day, a total of 365 hours of proton membrane will be used. With this calculation in mind, the Yasna water hydrogenation bottle can be used for at least 3 years.

Important notes for using the bottle

• Carbonated drinks should never be put in the bottle! An explosion can occur due to the pressure inside the bottle.
• Do not use water with a lot of limescale and dissolved minerals as they can block the electrodes, which will no longer be able to produce hydrogen effectively.
• During and after the electrolysis process , do not hold the bottle in a horizontal position or turn it upside down.
• If water comes into contact with the base , wipe it immediately with a dry cloth to prevent damage.
• If you will not be using the bottle for a while , always leave some filtered water in it to keep the membrane moist.
• After finishing the electrolysis, remove the cap to reduce the pressure in the bottle and prevent water from leaking onto the base due to excessive pressure.
• Use a suitable 5V/2A adapter for charging.
• Do not start the electrolysis process without water in the bottle!
