Two-stage sequential temperature timer TST
TST technology (Two-Stage Sequential Temperature-Timer) is absolutely revolutionary. It gives you even more control with quiet mode. TST works so that initially the dehydration process in the Sedona Supreme starts with a higher temperature, and later the system automatically lowers it. This system enables faster dehydration in order to preserve as much of the precious enzymes as possible. Given that certain fruits and vegetables contain a higher proportion of water, they need an initial higher temperature to prevent fermentation. Due to this higher proportion of water, the internal temperature of fruits and vegetables rises very slowly. The initial higher temperature for the first few hours in Sedona Supreme will not degrade the valuable nutrients, but only help the various fruits and vegetables to dehydrate faster, better and better. Before, it was necessary to change the temperature manually, but now TST does it for us.

Simple temperature and time controls from the front of the dehydrator. The LED display is ideal for dark rooms.

Powerful central fan and air filter
The Sedona Supreme provides quiet operation, energy efficiency and even airflow throughout the drying chamber. The air filter can be removed, washed and reused.
