The Sahara folding dehydrator has 7 shelves and a total drying surface of 1m ² , and when not in use it can be folded down to 1/3 of its size for easy storage. Glass door for easy monitoring of the drying process.

The system with two heaters with a total power of 750W allows for rapid drying of moist food, and as the amount of moisture in the food decreases, it automatically switches to a lower temperature for the most optimal dehydration efficiency and energy consumption.

The circular flow of air in the dehydrator enables the most even drying and the quietest mode of operation.

Simply set two drying times and two temperatures to optimally adapt to the needs of each food.
This system allows you to start the dehydration process at a higher temperature to reach the desired temperature in the chamber more quickly, and then the system automatically lowers it. This system allows for faster dehydration to preserve as many valuable enzymes as possible. Some foods dehydrate much better at two different temperatures.

Foods that contain a lot of water (e.g. apples) will be much cooler than the surrounding air until they have lost much of their moisture. This happens because evaporation cools the food, even though you are heating it with hot air. You can optimize dehydration by setting a higher initial temperature, then lowering it for the final drying. This speeds up the dehydration process without overheating the food. Sahara does this automatically by setting two different times and two different temperatures.

You can choose between displaying the temperature in Celsius ( ^° C) or Fahrenheit ( ^° F). The temperature range is from 30 ^° C to 74 ^° C , and you can set each of the two times for up to 99 hours (total of 198 hours).
