Place the almonds in a blender and pulse 5-7 times to chop them, then transfer them to the bowl in which you will make the balls. Then add the cashews to the blender bowl and blend on high for 40 seconds. Then add the remaining ingredients to the nuts and blend on high until everything is combined into a smooth mixture. Pour the resulting mixture over the chopped almonds and mix everything together and form into balls.

- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 3 cups cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours)
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped parsley

You can coat the balls on the outside with chopped almonds and serve them with your favorite vegetables or crackers.
