Ingredients:
·2 cups pine nuts
·1 cup of water
·3 tablespoons lemon juice
·1/3 cup nutritional yeast
·1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until you get a uniform and smooth mixture.
Pour and spread the mixture evenly onto the dehydrator foil and dehydrate for 24 hours at 45°C.
