Ingredients : 200 g fresh baby spinach, 2 frozen bananas (ripe and peeled before freezing), 2 medium domestic apples, small carrot, 2-3 dL cold water.
To prepare, cut the frozen banana into 2 cm slices, cut the apple into quarters, and cut the carrot in half lengthwise. (If you didn't have time to prepare a supply of frozen bananas, fresh, ripe bananas will also work for the recipe, and the carrot is only there to increase the efficiency of the juicer, you can do without it).
Wash the spinach head under running water, remove (or cut off) the stems up to 1cm above the red root with your fingers (this part does not go into the juice) and place the wet spinach head in the juicer. Next is a slice of banana, then an apple slice. Next is another slice of spinach, then a slice of banana, then an apple slice. When half of the ingredients are used up, add half the carrots and pour in half the water, and immediately continue with the spinach. For the end, leave the rest of the carrots, which will push all the apple and banana residues out through the sieve, and finish with the rest of the water.
