Ingredients:
·1/4 cup coconut butter
·1 cup of hot water
·113 g grated dark chocolate
·1/2 cup xylitol or coconut sugar
·2 teaspoons lemon juice
·2 teaspoons matcha powder ·1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
optional:
-1 teaspoon tamari
Preparation:
Before you begin preparation, it is important that the water is hot and the chocolate is grated, which will allow the mixture to quickly melt and emulsify in the blender.
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender, first on low speed and then on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform.
Pour the mixture into a container as wide and shallow as possible so that it compacts faster.
Leave uncovered at room temperature until completely cool, then transfer to the refrigerator for a few hours to fully harden.
Shape into balls and roll them in matcha powder or ground pistachios.
To make it easier to shape the balls, you can sprinkle a little cocoa powder on your hands.
