Ingredients:
· 1 ripe banana
· 1 larger mandarin or 2 small ones
· 1 handful of fresh spinach
· 2 tablespoons of hulled hemp seeds or 3 tablespoons of hemp protein powder
· 120 ml of water (if necessary)
· 4 ice cubes
Preparation:
Place the peeled banana, tangerines, spinach, hemp protein, water, and ice in a blender and blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
Note: if using a frozen banana, omit the ice and add another 60-120 ml of water as needed. Instead of spinach, you can use kale, and if you don't have leafy greens, microgreens will also work, or simply add a little more protein powder.
