Ingredients:
1/3 cup of sunflower seeds
1/3 cup of cashew nuts
½ cup carrots
2 large celery leaves
1/3 of a medium-sized sweet apple
pinch of salt
a tablespoon of lemon juice
a tablespoon of ground mustard
Preparation:
Grind the sunflower seeds in a blender or food processor into a fine powder.
