Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of hulled hemp seeds
- 2 cups zucchini (peeled and diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
