If you're not a fan of green smoothies and kale, you'll definitely love it in this version.
Ingredients:
- 300ml soy milk or almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup of cashew nuts
- 2 cups kale (55g)
- 4 Medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, creamy. Serve immediately.
