At the workshop, Marina will prepare pumpkin pie, Russian borscht and spaghetti in pesto.
About Marina:
''For the last 10 years I have been studying nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. In addition to my studies, I also completed a school on plant-based nutrition at Cornell University, which was based on the lectures of Dr. Colin Campbell, then a school on acute diseases and physiology of Dr. Dragan Ivanov, and I went through the practice of Dr. Douglas Graham in Costa Rica. The book "Nutrition 80 10 10" by Dr. Douglas Graham, which I translated into Serbian, had a great influence on me. In June 2013, I worked as a chef at the "Fresh Food Festival" in Denmark. In addition to holding seminars and a website about healthy nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, I give drawing classes, act in a traveling theater for children, and after many years of doing ballet, I now practice Vinyasa yoga, run and do fitness.''

"It all started as a coincidence. I was getting ready for the seaside and wandering around the library stocking up on books when I came across the book ''12 Steps to Raw Food'' by Victoria Boutenko. I liked the idea that with the help of food I could prevent, but also cure, diseases. Given my family history and stressful managerial job, my 40s seemed like a good age to take action regarding my own health.
Today, I consume exclusively raw food and feel only the positive effects of this way of eating - excellent blood counts, smooth skin with fewer wrinkles, shiny and healthy hair, lots of energy, weight loss, and lots of ideas about what else I could achieve in life.
My blog Zelenarium gives me the opportunity to share with the world recipes that give ideas on how to replace a ''classic'' meal with a raw one in a simple and quick way. It is up to each individual to choose to what extent they will apply them.
My advice is: slowly and gradually introduce changes to your diet, the rest will come by itself, and your body and you will be grateful!

''As a flute teacher, I have raised generations of young flutists.
Besides playing music, I dedicate my free time to researching a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. I pay special attention to a healthy diet.
About 30 years ago, prompted by certain health problems in my family, I completed a seminar on macrobiotics, and upon completion, we switched to this type of diet. Over time, I realized that the macrobiotic diet did not fully meet our health needs. While researching professional literature, 8 years ago I learned about a healthy diet that captured my attention, and I immediately started making juices, salads, and simpler dishes.
Thus began my life with a raw food diet (RAW FOOD). The noticeable improvement in the health of my entire family prompted a desire to expand my knowledge, and in 2013 I completed a seminar on making raw food with Darko and Lena Jurić (Art of Raw), where I also acquired knowledge about making raw desserts. Since making raw food excludes heat treatment, sugar, flour and any products of animal origin, I pay great attention to choosing healthy, organically grown, seasonal foods.
Soon my cakes became the object of desire of all my family and friends. Okra is an annual, shrubby plant from the garden of God. It began to be cultivated in the Nile River valley centuries before Christ. In most of Europe, including here, it is little known. It is used fresh, frozen, marinated, dried and ground. It is represented in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical industries, as well as in folk medicine.
Benefits of okra
It regulates blood sugar levels, helps liver function, is useful in the treatment of asthma and for weight loss diets. Okra's mucus binds cholesterol. Helps with chronic fatigue. It is excellent for lining the stomach wall and developing intestinal flora.
