A raw food diet will put a smile on your face, you will be full of ideas about what you want in your life, and you will also undergo a thorough mental cleansing.
All meals we will prepare in the workshop will only require: fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. We will not use sugar, gluten, grain flour, eggs, or dairy products.
Don't worry, you won't stay hungry.
