In this workshop, we will try to introduce you to all the important basics that will help you get started; from equipment, choice of ingredients, preparation methods, to delicious recipes that we will prepare in front of you, and then eat together.

Anton Rudan
Forest chef, herb hunter
Anton Rudan is the author of the book "Kuharica ljekovitego jestivog bilja". He is the co-founder and president of the artistic orientation group "Mala Scena", in which he works as a director and cameraman. He has also been an editor and host of radio shows about healthy living, and two years ago he launched a project called "Lovac na bilje" (Herb Hunter), within which he films, edits and hosts a documentary TV series of the same name.
Using his knowledge of nature, in the series "Forest Chef", Anton prepares unusual dishes from the healthiest ingredients and wild herbs he finds while walking in nature - by the sea, in the mountains, along rivers. In each episode, he teaches how to pick one or two wild herbs and prepare a recipe or medicine.
Darko Jurić, M.Sc.
Darko is a holistically oriented advisor for healthy living and raw food, author and raw food chef. After many years of experience and work in renowned centers in the USA, he decided to join the Surya team in Zagreb. He is a frequent guest on radio and TV shows on the topic of health and nutrition. He is the co-founder of the “art of raw” project, a concept that unites product production, education, coaching and retreats based on an understanding of nature and a sustainable, holistic lifestyle. At the Surya Center, Darko is the director of the health program, and also writes and leads workshops.
