Little Raw Food School - BEGINNER is intended for all those who need a quality introduction to a simpler, cleaner, healthier and more holistic way of eating. If you think this level is familiar to you, don't worry - the second level, ADVANCED, will be held on October 13th and 14th, 2018.
Little Raw Food School START (2 days x 4 hours), 22nd and 23rd September 2018.

In the Little Raw Food School – BEGINNING , over two days, you will learn how to quickly and easily prepare healthy and nutritious meals and desserts without artificial additives and cooking, and how to introduce them into your life in the easiest way, by harmonizing business and private obligations and meal preparation. Balance your body weight, cleanse your body and enjoy the changes that follow you. The Little Raw Food School – ADVANCED will be held in Zagreb in October (October 13th and 14th). PROGRAM
DAY 1 – RAW FOOD BASICS:
- Why introduce raw food?
- How to introduce raw food (grocery sourcing, planning, food storage)
- What changes and symptoms can you expect and how to minimize side effects?
- How to stay motivated
- What devices are needed?
- What to eat during the day
- Supplement: what to replace coffee with
- We prepare meals for the first part of the day (until lunch)
- Let's talk about other suggestions for the first part of the day.
DAY 2 – MEAL PREPARATION:
We will use this day exclusively for the practical part. We will only use a blender and a dehydrator from the devices, and we will prepare some meals without devices. You will only need a dehydrator, sprouting, fermenting and possibly a juicer in the next, more advanced phase. You will learn how to prepare meals for lunch, dinner and dessert. After this Sunday, you will be able to independently prepare meals without cooking throughout the day. Smoothies and rich, filling salads are just a small part of what you will learn in these two days. There will also be various raw spaghetti, 'risotto' without rice, blender soups, puddings without milk, wraps made from vegetable leaves...
All groceries, as well as tasting of prepared meals, are included in the price.
All participants will receive a script with a total of about 50 recipes (recipes from Little School and recipes for 21 days of raw food). Since they say that every change takes 21 days, I have prepared recipes for you participants for that entire period, to make this transition easier for you and so that you don't have to think too much about what and how to eat.
Our planet is crying out for a change in the diet of its inhabitants. The future that lies ahead of us inevitably includes a plant-based diet. This is necessary not only because of the terrible pollution and climate change caused by meat production, not only for the sake of animals but, to a large extent, for the sake of human health. There is increasing evidence that people who eliminate animal products from their diet live better and healthier lives. Meat and other animal products are (and will be) 'out'. So, join the people who are already part of this change and start the best part of your life - now.
Lecturer: Tina Uglješić. I am the author of the blog Zelenarium, with more than 5 years of experience in the field of raw food. Having left a long-standing managerial job and significantly improving my health, I am also a witness to the power of food, so I decided to radically change my life path and dedicate it to spreading this knowledge to everyone who wants a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
