Take the challenge: RAW MEALS THAT WARM UP (plus three bonus challenges)

Although this is primarily a raw meal preparation challenge, you can expand it to include 3 more. At first glance, they may seem like separate things, but they are actually so inseparable and so connected. Set aside the first 7 days of December to:

• try raw meals that warm you up and include intermittent fasting (14/10)
• you learn germination
• You are testing the effect of 7 days of writing a gratitude journal.

If you think that the cold season is reserved only for cooked food, this challenge will be a great way to convince you otherwise. Food does not need to be heated or cooked to warm you up. Find out how in this challenge. Additionally, WHOEVER WANTS, to the extent they want, can include the rest.

Every day, a new recipe, and so on all week long. All you need to do is follow three simple steps:

1. registration and payment
2. Purchasing groceries according to the list I will send you before the start
3. preparing meals according to the recipes I will send you, watching live events and socializing with wonderful, positive, inspiring people, challenge participants

Bonus challenges!

Whoever wants can join in additional 3 simple challenges as part of this 7-day challenge, which are:

• intermittent fasting (every day: 14 hours without eating, 10 hours eating)
• sprouting (learn to prepare your own food without a garden, a pot, or soil)
• writing a gratitude journal (don't worry, just 3 things a day).

So what would a typical day look like in these 10 days?

• in the morning – a smoothie (which, I hope, has long been a favorite morning habit of yours) or a lot of fruit
• until 6 p.m., 1-2 more meals (at least one of which will be based on the recipes from the challenges you will receive from me)
• from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day, intermittent fasting (we don't eat anything, we drink water, preferably distilled, or tea)
• Set aside a maximum of 3 minutes during the day for germination.
• In the evening (before bed), write down 3 things you are grateful for that day in your gratitude journal.

The RAW MEALS THAT WARM challenge starts on the first day of December (1.12.) and lasts for 7 days, until 7.12. 2020.
