''FOOD AND THOUGHTS FOR A HEALTHY THYROID''

There are many diets, supplements, and treatments for thyroid symptoms. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to see and hear from a woman who, at the age of 70, managed to restore the health of her thyroid after 15 years of taking synthetic hormones for hypothyroidism and other pharmaceutical drugs. This woman is Viktorija's grandmother, who, when she heard and saw how Viktorija felt better by changing her diet and how the people she advises also have positive results, decided to try this method with her guidance and surprisingly quickly threw the pills in the trash because she didn't need them. There were easier periods, but also more challenging ones, but with the help of plant-based foods, herbs, and positive thoughts, she managed to achieve her goal.
