The juice is squeezed by pressing at low speed, the ingredients are not heated, which significantly slows down oxidation, and the juice retains its natural color, flavor, and nutrients.
Centrifugal juicers cut food at high speeds, mixing it with air, while simultaneously generating heat, which causes the destruction of nutrients and the separation of the juice into a clear part and foam that collects on the surface.
