Millenia M1 home stone flour mill

The Millenia M1 grain mill is the version of the Millenia series for grain mill lovers with manual fine adjustment. The intuitive control via a slider, which fine-tunes the grinding degree, is simple and practical. The outer casing in pine, larch, walnut (Ami Nuss) or white lacquered patterns makes it suitable for any kitchen.

The powerful 400 W industrial motor always ensures powerful drive and performance. In combination with corundum ceramic grinding stones, this ensures outstanding grinding performance and the finest flour. Corundum ceramic grinding stones were recently developed by Werkstück in Tyrol (corundum ceramic stone is a highly compacted and very hot (up to 2000°C) fired artificial stone consisting of corundum and a binder).

What can you grind in the Millenia mill?

Always grind only clean and dry ingredients!
A whole range of foods are suitable for processing in a grain mill - millet, corn, quinoa, rice, wheat, rye, kamut, barley, spelt, oats, legumes...
A rule of thumb: you can grind anything that is not oily, greasy or moist. So, don't put in nuts or oily seeds like flax or poppy seeds.
The grinding efficiency and results depend largely on the nature of the material to be ground. The drier and less oily it is, the greater the grinding efficiency. The oilier and wetter the grain, the coarser it needs to be ground.
