Ingredients:
·1 and 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or canned chickpeas
·1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise (60g)
·1 sheet of nori seaweed, finely chopped
·1/4 cup purple onion, finely chopped
·1 tablespoon lemon juice
·10 capers, finely chopped
·1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
·1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
·1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
·1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
·1/2 teaspoon of alcohol vinegar
·pinch of salt
·pinch of ground black pepper
Preparation:
Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork. Add the vegan mayonnaise, finely chopped red onion, capers and nori seaweed, lemon juice, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, tamari, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed. Mix everything well and the spread is ready to serve.
