Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 medium apple
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Preparation:
- Place the water, almonds, and apple in a blender jar and blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds.
- Add the other ingredients and blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and then bake the pancakes.
