INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
Boil the potatoes and carrots in water until soft, then place them in a blender along with all the other ingredients and blend until creamy.
