DRESSING 1:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 4 and 1/2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet red pepper
- 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped
- salt, pepper
DRESSING 2:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- a handful of fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- Blend everything into a smooth mixture in a blender or food processor.
DRESSING 3:
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 medium zucchini
- Blend everything into a smooth mixture in a blender or food processor.
DRESSING 4:
- 1/2 cup coconut meat (scrape the inside of the coconut)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 cups of zucchini cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- Blend everything into a smooth mixture in a blender or food processor.

- 3 tablespoons agave syrup, honey or maple syrup

- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt

- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup

- 1 and 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
- Blend everything into a smooth mixture in a blender or food processor.

- 1/2 cup cashews (pre-soaked for at least 1 hour, drained)

- 2 cloves of garlic

- Blend everything into a smooth mixture in a blender or food processor.
DRESSING 10:
- 3 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions or chives
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger or a small cube of fresh ginger
- juice of 1 lemon (or lime)
- optional: if you want you can add coriander, rosemary or basil
- blend everything into a smooth mixture in a blender

- 1/4 cup cold-pressed flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon dried chilly
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- a pinch of Himalayan salt

- 2 finely chopped spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
