Ingredients for the filling:

·10 g coconut flour
·20 g coconut oil
·50 g agave syrup
·1 teaspoon vanilla powder

·30 g cocoa powder
·20 g agave syrup
·40 g coconut oil
Preparation:
Soak the almonds overnight, then rinse them and remove their skins.
Mix all the filling ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
If necessary, you can add a very small amount of water.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate topping by mixing all the ingredients well with a fork.
Let stand at room temperature until filling sets.
Remove the filling from the freezer, shape into bars, dip them in the chocolate coating and place in the refrigerator overnight.
