Ingredients:
·1/4 cup melted coconut oil
·1/4 cup softened coconut butter
·2 scoops of protein powder
·1 and 1/2 cups of oatmeal
·1/2 cup grated coconut
·1 tablespoon lemon juice
·1/2 teaspoon salt
·2 teaspoons cinnamon
·1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or vanilla extract)
·1/2 cup raisins
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are combined and the mixture becomes sticky to the touch.
Form into bars and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
