Ingredients:
- 3 cups of carrot pulp
- ¾ cup of water
- ½ cup ground flax seeds
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup of chia seeds
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- salt
Preparation:
Place the carrot pulp, water, ground flax seeds, tomato, and lemon juice in a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl and stir in the chia and sesame seeds.
Spread the mixture on dehydrating foil and lightly press into the cracker shapes you want (squares, rectangles, triangles) and dry at 45ºC for 10-12 hours.
After that, remove the dehydrating foil and place the crackers directly on the mesh shelf of the dehydrator and dry for another 2-4 hours until they become crispy.
