RAW MILK WORKSHOP WITHOUT MILK

Did you know that dairy, cheese products such as milk, spreads, yogurt, soft cheese and hard cheese can be made without cow's, sheep's or goat's milk, i.e. from nuts and seeds? If you did know, I'm sure you thought the process was complicated, and even impossible to make at home. In the workshop, I will show you how to make a product like soft cheese from nuts in a simple way that will leave you enough room to include your imagination in terms of shapes, additional spices, and colors.
I am convinced that after the workshop, when you crave something 'dairy', you will definitely reach for a raw dairy product, instead of, for example, buying some cow's, sheep's or goat's cheese.
At the workshop, the emphasis will not be on the health benefits of such products, but on enjoying new tastes and ideas for preparing the food that I will serve you. 
Our menu for Saturday looks like this:
- aromatic almond milk
- raw soft cheese (like mozzarella)
- “Cheese” spread with spices
- fermented yogurt
- raw chocolate pudding
BONUS: raw crackers
You will be able to taste everything we prepare immediately.
NOTE: Due to great interest and requests from many of you, I am repeating this workshop, with slightly modified recipes.

VOICE DISCOVERY SCHOOL

According to the method of the "Voice Discovery School", anyone who speaks can also learn to sing because singing is seen as an expression of the entire human being and not just as a result of individual organs or body parts. What often prevents people from "releasing their voices" is shame and fear, which often stem from false beliefs acquired at an early age.
In the workshop, we will see how the voice is freed from physical and mental barriers and how we ourselves are freed by it. Because discovering your voice is just another term for discovering yourself.
Baldo Mikulic
Professor of Psychology, the only certified teacher and singing therapist using the "Voice Discovery School" method in this part of Europe.
He holds seminars in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Macedonia.
