Autogenic training is a scientifically and medically recognized technique, founded in 1928 by German physician JH Schultz.
Autogenic training is a method based on principles and teachings that do not contradict any other technique or any other teachings.
Viewed in a broader light, the knowledge of Autogenic Training is an integral part of learning every natural principle about human life.
This technique helps us achieve peace, relaxation, health and happiness by balancing our mental and physical health. Autogenic training teaches us how to
cope with all life's activities and come out unscathed on the physical and psychological level.
