Today, more than ever, people suffer from a lack of spiritual culture and a lack of general life aesthetics. Burdened with information that leads more to dullness than to depth, we feel a complete emptiness within ourselves. We turn to self-love as a supposed love for ourselves, convinced that individualism and autonomy, which is collectively approved and placed on a pedestal, will solve our troubles. We become like compulsive buyers who are obsessed with quality, constantly comparing offers in order to find a better choice on the market...
We have become consumers of love instead of being what we truly are – sources of love.

At the Little Raw Food School , over two days, learn how to quickly and easily prepare healthy and nutritious meals and desserts without artificial additives or cooking, and how to introduce them into your life in the easiest way. PROGRAM
DAY 1 – RAW FOOD BASICS:
First part:
- Why introduce raw food?
- How to introduce raw food (grocery sourcing, planning, food storage)
- What devices are needed?
- What to eat during the day
- Supplement: what to replace coffee with
Part two:
- We are preparing breakfast.
- We are preparing lunch.
- We are preparing dessert.
DAY 2 – PLANT-BASED DAIRY PRODUCTS AND DEHYDRATION:
First part:
- Dairy products, including fermentation (milk, spreads, puddings, fermented yogurts, fermented cheeses). We prepare three recipes.
Part two:
- Dehydration (crackers, breads, chips, pancakes, granola...). We prepare three recipes.
On the first day, we will prepare four recipes, as the first part of the day is mostly theoretical, and on the second day, we will prepare a total of six recipes. All ingredients are included in the price, as well as a tasting of everything we will prepare.
