Adding too many ingredients at once may cause the juicer to stop.
Juicing for too long and not washing the juicer on time (you should notice when the pulp starts to come out thinner or the squeezed juice becomes thicker).
If the juicer has stopped due to too much food being put in:
Press the REVERSE buttons in sequence (let the screw turn a few times) – OFF – and start the juicer with the FORWARD button.
If necessary, repeat the process once more.
The REVERSE button pushes the food backwards, or upwards, and the FORWARD button pushes it forward, or downwards.
If the juicer has stopped due to overload, allow it to cool for 30 minutes to 2 hours before using it again.
If you put something into the juicer that is not recommended, it may damage the juicer or block the motor (hard stones, spoons, knives, forks, cooking spoons, etc.)
